As per Norfolk County’s zoning bylaw  R-4 zoning allows for:

  • Group townhouse
  • Stacked townhouse
  • Street townhouse
  • Semi-detached, duplex, tri-plex and four-plex dwellings provided they are located on the same lot with, and in accordance with the Zone provisions of, group townhouse
  • Home occupation
  • Accessory residential dwelling unit.
